Facades

The street façade will be of a combination of cement render painted in two colors.

In terms of thermal and acoustic insulation, an air chamber provides the home with a great comfort and energy saving. The inner layer of the facades is finished with a painted drywall.

Interior Partition Walls and Insolation

The interior divisions between the rooms and the different areas of the house will be made with a system of drywalls made with two laminated gypsum boards that give optimum acoustic and thermal insulation, superior to the standard ones.

The system used for partitioning allows suppressing thermal and acoustic bridges and accomplishes plain smooth walls that, once painted, achieve a good uniformity.

Interior finishes

  • Floor

An AC5 laminate floating floor, also suitable for bathrooms and kitchen, will be used throughout the house, allowing sharp claws and heavy traffic.  A white skirting board will complement the floor.

In rooms where needed a false ceiling of laminated plasterboard will be placed.

Walls and ceilings will be painted with smooth emulsion paint.

  • Bathrooms

The walls will be covered with tile up to about 1.70 m and the rest of the wall will be painted. In the shower area the tiling will go all the way up to ceiling. The faucet will be single-handle and the sanitary ware white and from a leading manufacturer.
